The UVA C3 app enables patients participating in the UVA C3 Program to manually submit their vital signs using their iOS devices.

The UVA C3 app supports submitting the following vital signs;
* Weight
* Blood Pressure
* Heart Rate
* Oxygen Saturation
* Temperature
